Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing.

How are my items shipped?

Your unique handcrafted pieces will be lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a recyclable cardboard shipping box with a small seashell as an extra token of my appreciation! Shipments will usually be dropped at the post office on the next business day after a purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for items to be shipped, and (for domestic shipping) up to 10 business days for delivery in case of postal service delay. International shipping times may vary.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

If there is a particular design you would like, including specific colors or shapes, please feel free to send me an email or a message or Instagram! I absolutely love working on custom designs, they are my favorite! Also, if you see a design that you like but want a different style (ear hooks instead of studs, silver jump rings instead of gold, etc.) just let me know and I will do my very best to make your pieces perfect for you!
